Social Media Community Manager – REDDIT (Contract, Remote)

Our client, a leader in the financial services space, is looking to add a contract Social Media Community Manager, with a focus on Reddit and Reviews, help launch and manage a new Health & Wellness-focused Reddit community. This role is 100% remote (prefer ET / CT zones), 36-40 hours per week, starting early April.

This role will focus on building authentic engagement on Reddit, managing conversations, and monitoring customer sentiment across Reddit and major review platforms. The ideal candidate understands Reddit culture deeply and knows how to engage communities in a way that feels genuine—not promotional.

What you’ll do:

• Engage with users and participate in relevant subreddits to build trust and brand visibility

• Moderate discussions and maintain a healthy community environment

• Publish and adapt content for Reddit (“Redditize” existing blog content) and help develop a content calendar

• Build relationships with subreddit moderators

• Monitor sentiment and respond to reviews across key review platforms

• Identify trends, feedback, and potential reputation issues

What we’re looking for:

• Strong knowledge of Reddit culture, etiquette, and community dynamics

• Experience managing online communities or social media engagement

• Excellent written communication skills

• Ability to analyze engagement and sentiment metrics

• Sprinklr experience is a plus

• Background in financial services or healthcare is helpful but not required
