Social Media Content Manager
We are seeking a creative and driven Social Media Content Manager to lead the next phase of our digital presence. In this newly created, full-time role, you will be the sole content creator responsible for developing and executing a dynamic social media strategy across TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube. You will have the unique opportunity to shape the brand’s voice, build an engaged community, and turn viral moments into measurable results.
Location: Hybrid; in-office 3 days/week
Key Responsibilities:

Own the Social Strategy: Develop and implement a best-in-class, always-on social media program focused on engagement, growth, and virality—especially on TikTok and Instagram Reels.

Be the Voice of the Brand: Create and manage platform-specific content calendars, ensuring all posts reflect the brand’s tone, humor, and point of view.

Create & Collaborate: Work closely with in-house creative and product teams to conceptualize and produce original, beauty-forward content. You will also take ownership of content creation—including being on camera when appropriate.

Analyze & Report: Deliver monthly and quarterly reports with insights, wins, and actionable recommendations. Track performance against viral trends, product sell-through, and campaign goals.

Support Influencer Partnerships: Collaborate with the influencer team to spotlight creators, amplify launches, and drive momentum for key product moments.

Work When Social Works: Stay nimble to jump on emerging trends or viral opportunities—even if they happen outside of traditional business hours.
Qualifications:
- 3–5 years of experience managing social content and strategy for a consumer brand (beauty industry experience required).
- Proven success growing TikTok or Instagram accounts for brands or creators.
- Strong creator instincts: comfortable ideating, filming, editing, and posting content independently.
- Deep knowledge of internet culture, beauty trends, memes, and viral moments.
- A sharp eye for aesthetics, storytelling, sound design, and video editing.
- Exceptional writing skills—especially with humor, hooks, and engaging captions.
- A proactive mindset with a passion for experimentation and learning from both successes and failures.
