ROLE & RESPONSIBILITY
Responsibilities include: (not limited to)

  • Develop and manage social calendars across multiple brands, aligning with marketing and campaign goals.
  • Maintain and evolve each brand’s tone of voice, visual identity, and content pillars.
  • Support strategy through audience insights, social listening, and competitive analysis.
  • Partner with the Social Media Director to define KPIs, test strategies, and optimize performance.
  • Concept, capture, and edit high-quality content, including short-form video, photography, and copy, for daily posting across platforms.
    Collaborate with creative and production teams to plan and execute content shoots that align with brand storytelling and trends.
  • Build and manage a library of evergreen and UGC content to maintain a consistent posting cadence.
  • Execute real-time content around events, launches, and influencer moments with agility and precision.
  • Engage and grow brand communities through active interaction and authentic conversation.
  • Identify and manage influencer and creator collaborations that drive reach and engagement.
  • Lead UGC and community campaigns, contests, and social activations to increase participation and awareness.
  • Track and report on social performance, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Stay ahead of trends, platform updates, and best practices to inform ongoing strategy and creative direction.

Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field, or equivalent experience in a high-level social media role.
  • 4–6 years of experience in social media management or content creation (agency or multi-brand experience preferred).
  • Strong creative eye and understanding of visual storytelling, with hands-on experience in photography, video editing, and social-first design tools (e.g., CapCut, Adobe Suite, Canva).
  • Excellent copywriting skills with the ability to adapt tone across multiple brands.
  • In-depth understanding of platform nuances (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest, LinkedIn, etc.) and their respective audiences.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple brands, calendars, and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work flexible hours for live events, launches, or content capture.
  • Collaborative team player who thrives in creative, dynamic environments.
