Job description
The Social Project Manager will work as part of the luxury car brandmanaging the brand's social production. This position works collaboratively
with the account team, creatives, social strategists and paid social team.
The Social Project Manager Responsibilities:
• Manage the production of social assets, including paid campaigns, organic calendars, signal base creative and event support
• Manage creative development and production of paid and organic projects
• Lead the QA and trafficking of all paid and organic assets
• Responsible for scheduling and posting all organic content across platforms
• Work with Acct team to develop and traffic Facebook signal-based assets
• Help manage integration of global content into organic calendars
• Coordinate brand ambassador relationships in collaboration with community managers
and third-party agencies
• Coordinate with social strategy and creative on in-the-moment creative
• Work with asset manager and art producer on productions
• Creation of production schedules based on approved media plans and organic calendars
Social Account Manager Requirements:
• 4 + years of solid digital/social project management experience at an agency or in-house
• Automotive experience preferred
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to self-manage own time according to
deadlines
• Ability to change priorities and pivot to emerging urgent tasks
• Proficient writing and communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills are a must
• Must be comfortable being client facing and engaging with client daily
