Job Summary:
The Sales Regional Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing the sales activities within the Southeast Region for our client This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proven track record in driving sales growth. The Sales Regional Manager will work closely with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies, achieve sales targets, and foster strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.

Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement sales strategies: Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute sales strategies that align with the company's objectives and drive revenue growth within the Southeast Region.
2. Achieve sales targets: Set ambitious sales targets and work closely with the sales team to ensure they are met or exceeded. Monitor sales performance, analyze data, and make necessary adjustments to strategies to maximize results.
3. Lead and motivate the sales team: Provide guidance, coaching, and support to the sales team to ensure they are equipped with the necessary skills and resources to achieve their goals. Foster a positive and high-performance culture within the team.
4. Build and maintain client relationships: Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients, retailers, and distributors within the Southeast Region. Identify new business opportunities and work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide solutions.
5. Market analysis and competitor research: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities. Conduct regular market analysis and research to identify potential growth opportunities and develop strategies to stay ahead of the competition.
6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams: Work closely with other departments such as marketing, operations, and finance to ensure alignment and collaboration on sales initiatives, product launches, promotions, and pricing strategies.
7. Budget management: Develop and manage the sales budget for the Southeast Region, ensuring optimal allocation of resources and cost-effective strategies.
8. Reporting and analysis: Prepare regular sales reports and presentations for management, highlighting key performance indicators, sales trends, and opportunities for improvement.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales management, preferably in the consumer goods industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
