Beverage Sr. Brand Manager

We are looking for a Beverage Brand Manager to lead content strategy, campaign development, and overall brand planning for our beverage portfolio. In this role, you will take full ownership of marketing initiatives—from concept through launch—ensuring our products resonate in a competitive market.
You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and execute strategic campaigns, drive brand growth, and maintain a consistent and compelling brand presence. This is a hands-on role for someone with a proven track record in beverage brand management who thrives on ownership and results.
What You’ll Do
- Partner with marketing teams to develop and manage strategic beverage content and campaigns aligned with brand objectives.
- Lead content development workflows, timelines, approvals, and stakeholder alignment across multiple teams.
- Act as the central liaison for seamless and consistent content execution.
- Optimize content planning processes and implement best practices for operational efficiency.
- Maintain content calendars and project tracking to keep teams aligned.
- Monitor campaign and content performance, providing insights to optimize future initiatives.
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration and ensure timely approvals.
Who You Are
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field.
- 5+ years of beverage brand management experience including strategy, brand building, product launches, creative campaigns, and project execution.
- Highly motivated self-starter with exceptional attention to detail, able to manage shifting priorities and complex approval processes across time zones.
