One of our small agency clients is looking for a Sr. Brand Strategist to join their team for a new full-time position.

This Sr. Brand Strategist will lead day-to-day strategic guidance and expertise on enterprise-level brand strategy, campaigns, and account planning, and be responsible for creating positioning frameworks, briefs, workshops, POVs, presentations, research reports, and other strategic deliverables.

The Sr. Brand Strategist should be well-versed in campaign creative strategy and comfortable working closely with clients/creative to create remarkable work that’s on-strategy, and the agency account team to strategically guide clients and lead brand strategy processes.

Ideal Sr. Brand Strategist candidates will have:
- At least 6+ years of brand/advertising strategy experience with a thorough understanding of account strategy and management in a creative or brand agency environment.
- BA Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, Communications, or related field and/or equivalent work experience
- Experience leading brand strategy and well-versed with positioning frameworks, key messaging, brand analysis, workshops
- Able to handle deck creation & presentation with strong written & narrative skills, client facing confident presenter
- Client leadership ability with a strong account presence, courage-building, and proactive planning
- Confidence working with and inspiring creative teams
- Experience with research design, methods and analysis of both qualitative and quantitative research
- Familiar with campaign creative and comms strategy - i.e. campaign briefs, launch planning, brand activation.
- Fully proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Suite (Gmail, Drive, Docs, Sheets)
