24 Seven is teaming up with a popular sports health supplement company based in Scottsdale, AZ to help them find a Sr. Business Analyst/Data Analyst o join their team in this hybrid role. This contract would include benefits and company perks.What You’ll Work On:
• Transform data to deliver timely and reliable reporting and analytics that underlie key business decisions
• Perform modeling, forecasting and review of results based on key drivers and indicators
• Collect and analyze large datasets to synthesize actionable insights
• Effectively communicate your findings and recommendations to relevant stakeholders
• Discover patterns, insights, and opportunities to inform future business strategy, while evaluating current business performance
• Build dashboards and reports for relevant stakeholders through data visualization tools
• Advocate for consistent tracking and attribution to accurately understand our business efforts
• Develop cross-functional relationships to champion data-driven decisions
Area of Expertise
• 4+ years using analytics to drive key business decisions across business intelligence, strategy and analytics, marketing, operations, finance
• Proven expertise in cleaning data and developing repeatable processes for consistent analysis from various data sources
• Expertise in SQL for data mining and extraction
• Experience building data visualizations to inform business decisions and tell the story (e.g., Tableau, Qlik, Looker, PowerBI, etc.)
• Proficiency in spreadsheet tools such as Excel, leveraging their functionalities to organize and analyze data effectively
• Ability to gather, distill, and provide requirements
• Passion for data analytics and a keen ability to derive valuable insights
• Excellent verbal, presentation and written communication skills
• Intellectual curiosity, and a desire to constantly learn and grow
• Great attention to detail and quality
Bonus Skills
• Programming skills in Python, including experience with libraries such as Pandas, NumPy, Matplotlib, and Scikit-learn, for advanced data analysis and visualization
• Familiarity with advanced analytics techniques such as forecasting, segmentation, clustering, or regression analysis to uncover hidden patterns and drive predictive insights
• Industry experience in ecommerce and/or retail industries
• Experience analyzing data from Web Analytic tools
