Job Details
Responsibilities: 
  • Lead the development of visual branding concepts and creative strategies to enhance brand identity.
  • Oversee the creation and execution of design projects from concept to completion, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines and adherence to project timelines.
  • Develop and produce high-quality copy & graphic design assets for various marketing and promotional materials, including website assets, social media graphics, email campaigns, paid advertisements, and product packaging.
  • Execute design projects from initial concept to final production, ensuring accuracy, attention to detail, and adherence to brand guidelines.
  • Manage and mentor a team of designers, copywriters and agencies (in-house &
  • freelance), providing guidance, feedback, and support to foster growth and collaboration
  • Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and design best practices to continually innovate and elevate brand presence.
  • Act as a brand ambassador, maintaining brand integrity and ensuring visual consistency across all touchpoints.
  • Collaborate with the project management team to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
  • Assist with photo retouching, image editing, video editing, and asset management as needed.
Qualifications: 
  • 6+ years of proven experience as a Creative Director or in a similar creative leadership role, preferably in the consumer products or beauty industry.
  • Track record of developing high-performing digital content & copy/messaging within a multi-layered marketing funnel
  • Extensive knowledge of paid social video & static ad creative best practices for conversion & engagement
  • Expertise in graphic design software such as Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and proficiency in digital design principles.
  • Strong conceptual thinking and creative problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively present and articulate creative concepts to stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated leadership abilities, with experience managing a team of designers and overseeing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Passion for design, innovation, and storytelling, with a deep understanding of brand identity and consumer behavior/sentiment.
