Sr Designer – Retail Required

Position Summary
This Sr Designer role is responsible for creating compelling and engaging collateral and content that tells a brand and product story designed to elicit an emotional connection with current and future customers. The designer will develop thoughtful and strategic creative solutions that meet project and marketing objectives while maintaining brand creative integrity across all omni-channel platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the creative process from concept through completion for assigned seasonal campaigns, working closely with creative leadership to develop concepts and design layouts aligned with established brand standards.
- Create complex graphics and layouts for all marketing channels and collateral, with a strong emphasis on print, digital, typography, and editorial design.
- Produce and optimize final digital artwork and create reusable digital templates.
- Collaborate with marketing services to oversee image retouching across channels.
- Partner with copywriting teams to ensure alignment of copy and art to effectively communicate product and brand stories.
- Maintain brand individuality and standards across all marketing channels.
- Adhere strictly to production schedules, product lifecycle timelines, and deliverables.
- Stay informed on fashion, style, design trends, popular culture, and social trends relevant to the brand’s competitive landscape.
Qualifications
- 5+ years’ experience in graphic design with excellent skills in typography, print and digital design
- Exceptional mechanical/production skills with expertise in typography, layout, and editorial design principles.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects), Figma; animation skills are a strong plus.
