Job description

Title: Senior Graphic Designer / Junior Art Director

Location: On-site – Downtown Los Angeles

Compensation: Full-time, ~$85K annual salary

About the Role

We’re looking for a forward-thinking Senior Graphic Designer / Junior Art Director to help shape and elevate the visual identity of one of LA’s most influential lifestyle and retail brands. This role sits at the intersection of culture, design, and brand experience—bringing creative ideas from concept through final execution across digital and physical touchpoints.

You’ll be part of a small, collaborative team that values aesthetic excellence, originality, and attention to detail. This is a hands-on design role where your vision will directly influence how the brand is seen and experienced—both online and in-store.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead the design and development of brand assets across digital, social, and environmental channels
  • Create and maintain brand guidelines that ensure a consistent, elevated aesthetic
  • Design for a range of mediums: email marketing, in-store signage, wayfinding systems, and window graphics
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, retail, and merchandising teams to bring brand campaigns to life
  • Translate abstract ideas and inspiration into clean, modern, and aspirational visual storytelling
  • Manage multiple projects from concept to “final finals” with precision and a strong eye for craft

What You Bring

  • 5+ years of design experience, ideally in lifestyle, fashion, or elevated CPG environments
  • Strong conceptual thinking with a refined, trend-aware design sensibility
  • Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (especially Illustrator and InDesign)
  • Experience creating cohesive brand systems and visual identities
  • Deep understanding of composition, typography, color, and spatial design
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, creative, and highly collaborative environment
  • Obsessed with culture, aesthetics, and the intersection of design and lifestyle

Ideal Fit

You’re a designer who lives and breathes visual culture—someone who can turn minimalist design into a luxury experience. You think like an art director but work like a hands-on maker. You find inspiration in modern wellness, fashion, trends, and design-forward brands
