We are seeking a Freelance Sr Integrated Marketing Manager to lead and scale brand marketing efforts during a key period of growth and transition. This role is responsible for integrated, 360° marketing across core product franchises, with a strong focus on storytelling, consumer insight, and campaign excellence.About the Role
The Sr Integrated Marketing Manager will report into a senior marketing leader and partnering closely with brand, creative, and channel teams. You will own and drive end-to-end brand and campaign strategy for key product franchises, ensuring cohesive, consumer-first storytelling across all touchpoints.
This is a high-ownership, hands-on role ideal for someone who thrives in a lean, entrepreneurial environment and enjoys working across brand, product, and integrated marketing.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead brand strategy and positioning for assigned product franchises, acting as the day-to-day marketing lead.
- Develop and execute 360° integrated marketing campaigns (launches, always-on, seasonal, and franchise-building initiatives) across digital, social, retail/wholesale, and experiential channels.
- Translate consumer insights, category trends, and competitive intelligence into compelling brand narratives and campaign concepts.
- Partner with Product, Creative, Social, Influencer, PR, E-commerce, and Retail teams to ensure consistent messaging and execution across all touchpoints.
- Build briefs, timelines, and go-to-market plans, managing campaigns from strategy and concept through to execution and post-campaign analysis.
- Use performance data and consumer feedback to refine strategy, optimize campaigns, and inform future planning.
- Support long-range brand planning, including franchise roadmaps, positioning enhancements, and innovation storytelling.
- Collaborate closely with brand and copy partners to maintain a strong, distinctive brand voice across channels.
- Facilitate effective cross-functional communication, keeping stakeholders informed, aligned, and on track against milestones and deliverables.
- Quickly absorb and backfill critical responsibilities to ensure continuity of key marketing workstreams.
Who You Are
- Seasoned brand marketer with experience in beauty, skincare, or adjacent consumer categories; strong emphasis on storytelling and consumer engagement.
- Comfortable in high-growth, lean environments where you take initiative, wear many hats, and execute at a detailed level.
- Consumer-obsessed, with a habit of starting from consumer needs and behaviors to inform strategy, content, and channel plans.
- Deeply tuned into cultural and category trends, with a proven ability to translate them into relevant, differentiated brand platforms.
- Strong integrated marketer with proven 360° campaign experience across brand, digital, social, influencer, PR, and retail marketing.
- Equally adept at building strategic decks and managing the day-to-day details of timelines, briefs, and execution.
- Highly collaborative, low-ego, and energized by an “all hands on deck” culture.
- A quick study who can rapidly understand brand voice, product stories, and existing playbooks—and then help sharpen and elevate them.
Preferred Background & Experience
- 5–7+ years of brand and/or integrated marketing experience within beauty, skincare, or closely related consumer categories.
- Significant in-house brand experience; candidates with a mix of in-house and agency are welcome, but in-house experience is essential.
- Demonstrated track record leading multi-channel campaigns from strategy through measurement and optimization.
- Experience in a lean or emerging brand environment, successfully managing multiple priorities and projects simultaneously.
