Job description

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Monitor day-to-day holistic (omnichannel) health of Reebok’s financial position across the wholesale portfolio, anchored in the NRF retail calendar, focused on sales, margin & turn/inventory
  • Track wholesale seasonality annually
  • Serve as the lead for omni-channel project management
  • Lead the end-to-end process of strategic planning for the marketplace distribution, sales channels and key accounts with relevant cross functional teams, inclusive of established measurement milestones
  • Support the sales cycle by managing the sales ‘suite of tools’ (commercial templates) used for major milestones (i.e. account previews, pre-lines, post-lines, etc.) - emphasis on standard slide creation to used from T2Ts down
  • Support the go-to-market and merchandising functions in seasonal forecasting (in-line & strategic) & the KPIs for key horizontal programs, in line with seasonal milestones
  • Partner with planning & revenue generation teams regularly to gather insights and connect the dots across channels on Reebok’s performance at retail on a weekly/monthly/seasonal/annual basis, proactively pertinent turning insights into action 
  • Identify and drive areas of growth for the market (i.e. new geographies, model amplification, color, online contribution, dropship, AR etc.)
  • Identify and drive mitigation of watch outs based on Reebok performance, the industry and the economy
  • Contribute to the development of standardized best practice reporting and control methods
  • Manage/execute against adhoc management request

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: 

  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office products, most notably Excel & PowerPoint
  • Excellent analytical skills and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent verbal and written language skills in English
  • Ability to multitask
  • Understanding of retail math/key retail metrics
  • Understanding of the U.S. Sporting Goods Marketplace

Requisite Education and Experience/ Minimum Qualifications :

  • 8+ years experience in strategy, go-to-market, planning, analytics, or related field
  • Embodies a consumer first mindset
  • Champion the optimization of omni-channel mindset from process to strategy to execution and follow up
  • Experience/comfort/confidence in leading, collaborating and managing projects involving diverse sets of stakeholders
  • Strong communication skills (verbal storytelling & formal presentation); comfortable presenting complex topics to stakeholders at various organizational levels both in person and remotely  
  • Strategic and entrepreneurial mindset
  • Ability to convince and motivate people on different seniority levels and communicate change
  • Very good project management skills, including the ability to lead several projects simultaneously
  • Demonstration of grit and flexibility to adjust on the go with a rapidly evolving consumer and retail landscape
  • Proficient in MS Office, most notably excel & PowerPoint
  • Fluency in English, both verbally and written
  • Preferred experience working in sporting goods industry, retail, consulting (in like fields) and/or wholesale environment
  • Open minded & curious in nature
