Title: Sr. Media Buyer, Integrated Investment
We are seeking a media investment professional with experience in digital and national buying to lead planning, execution, and performance management across campaigns. This role requires strong analytical ability, hands-on buying experience, and confidence managing budgets, deliverables, and junior team members.
Rate: $34-37/hr
Location: NYC (hybrid)
Duration: April – September
Core Responsibilities
- Build and support integrated media plans aligned to client goals.
- Negotiate and manage digital and national media buys across multiple accounts.
- Monitor budgets, pricing, impressions, and campaign performance metrics.
- Oversee campaign setup, trafficking, delivery, optimization, and reconciliation.
- Analyze reporting data and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
- Partner with internal teams, clients, and media partners to keep campaigns on track.
- Provide guidance and day-to-day support to junior team members.
Core Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in media buying and planning.
- Experience with digital media and national buying.
- Strong background managing campaigns against performance metrics.
- Ability to work comfortably with data, reporting, and budget tracking.
- Experience with media planning and buying tools, including Prisma.
- Knowledge of channels such as video, display, programmatic, and social.
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Familiarity with ad serving and verification platforms such as DCM, DoubleVerify, and Innovid.
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to mentor junior staff and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
