Overview
This position leads the visual direction for brand, web, and digital marketing initiatives in a modern, full-service creative environment. It is a hands-on role for a seasoned visual designer with a strong foundation in graphic design who now drives the look and feel of brand systems, websites, and digital campaigns.
You will work closely with strategy, creative leadership, and web teams to turn brand and business objectives into clear, scalable visual systems. You’ll also help grow the broader design team by setting the standard for quality, process, and craft.
Key Responsibilities
- Shape visual identity systems that work across web, social, and digital marketing channels.
- Own visual execution for key deliverables such as logos and brand assets, marketing sites, landing pages, and campaign creatives.
- Build and maintain digital design systems, style guides, and documentation to ensure consistent use across teams and platforms.
- Produce refined, high-fidelity layouts and templates for web experiences, presentations, and campaign work.
- Make informed decisions around typography, color, layout, imagery, and motion to create distinctive, cohesive digital experiences.
- Partner with developers and content stakeholders to ensure designs are implemented accurately and perform well in production.
- Present concepts and design rationale to internal stakeholders and clients in a clear and persuasive way.
- Provide feedback, coaching, and best practices to junior and mid-level designers.
- Contribute to pitches and new brand concepts with strong visual storytelling and systems thinking.

Core Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in a design or advertising agency environment.
- Advanced proficiency with Figma for interface, system, and component-based design.
- Portfolio that clearly highlights:
- Paid social and digital campaign assets
- UI/UX for web and responsive experiences
- Digital marketing and brand systems work
- Hands-on experience working with or experimenting with generative AI in the design process.
- Exceptional eye for typography, composition, hierarchy, and visual storytelling.
- Strong understanding of responsive design principles and how interfaces behave across devices and platforms.
- Collaborative mindset, curiosity about new tools and methods, and enthusiasm for mentoring others.
- Bachelor’s degree.
