Strategic Sourcing Manager

Pay Rate: $45.00-$50.00/hour

Role Overview:
We’re seeking a Strategic Sourcing Manager to support our client’s corporate and technology functions through expert supplier negotiation and contract management. This role will lead stakeholders through the intake-to-contract process, ensuring efficient, compliant, and value-driven sourcing strategies across multiple business units. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in strategic sourcing, supplier relationship management, and cross-functional collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Negotiate supplier agreements and manage end-to-end sourcing activities across multiple business units.

• Guide internal stakeholders through the intake-to-contract process, ensuring alignment with corporate procurement policies.

• Develop and execute sourcing strategies for corporate professional services, technology, and supply chain-related categories, including system integrators, managed service providers, staff augmentation, maintenance, and surge resourcing.

• Partner closely with stakeholders in Technology and Supply Chain, while also supporting other shared service departments (e.g., HR, Benefits, Corporate Services).

• Identify opportunities for cost optimization, process improvement, and supplier performance enhancement.
