  • Translate complex legal, regulatory, and operational information into clear, concise supplier messaging
  • Partner with Procurement, Legal, Compliance, Risk, Finance, and Operations to ensure communications are accurate and aligned
  • Build and improve processes that support supplier outreach, response tracking, and two-way communication
  • Help maintain supplier contact directories and support vendor master data governance

  • Strong understanding of supplier engagement models and Procurement processes
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience working cross-functionally with Legal, Compliance, Risk, Finance, and Operations
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

  • Background in workflow creation, process automation, or supplier data governance
  • Experience improving outreach effectiveness, response rates, and communication processes

Why This Role Stands Out

  • Highly cross-functional and visible role
  • Blend of communications, procurement, process improvement, and analytics
