We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Designer to support the design and development of sweaters across multiple categories. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in knitwear design, a strong understanding of yarns and sweater construction, and excellent CAD skills. This is a collaborative, hands-on role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is excited to contribute to seasonal line development.

- Salary range: $80,000–$90,000
Responsibilities
- Support seasonal design and development for sweaters and related knit categories.
- Create detailed tech packs including sketches, construction details, stitch layouts, and yarn callouts.
- Develop CAD renderings, colorways, and garment illustrations that clearly communicate design intent.
- Partner with cross-functional teams throughout development, fittings, and approvals.
- Maintain organization across multiple styles, timelines, revisions, and approvals.
- Ensure product execution aligns with brand standards, deadlines, and quality expectations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design or a related field preferred.
- 4+ years of experience in knitwear or sweater design.
- Strong CAD, sketching, and Adobe Creative Suite skills.
- Experience creating tech packs and working within PLM systems.
- Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
