One of our global retail clients is looking for a contract Talent Acquisition Assistant to join their team through end of 2025 to help support seasonal hiring for one of their warehouse/distribution centers in Jonestown, PA.

The Talent Acquisition Assistant will play a key role in ensuring a smooth/efficient recruitment process during the company’s peak season.

This Talent Acquisition Assistant must be detail-oriented, comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, and passionate about delivering a great candidate experience.

Ideal Talent Acquisition Assistant candidates will have:
– Previous experience in recruiting, HR, or administrative support.
– Strong organizational and communication skills.
– Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with ATS platforms is a plus.
– Availability to work on-site in Fort Worth, TX at least 4 days per week.
– Flexibility to support occasional hiring events outside standard business hours

Nice to have:
– Fluent in Spanish
