Job description
Responsibilities:• Created 30—40 tech packs per month
• Identifying starting blocks and keep size and fit consistent
• Lead twice twice weekly fit sessions on live model, recording comments and communication with teams
• Analyze garments and patterns to determine compliance of spec, construction and fit intent
• Create fit comments, advise construction details and clearly communicate the status and director of each style to vendors
• Participate in Bi- weekly vendor calls
•Review production, quality, cost issues and return rates; problem solve and make recommendations
•Maintain WIP report and workflow tracking
•Research and develop new sizes as needed
•Collaborate with the Technical Design Director to develop and maintain standards and grade rules
•Onboard, train and supervisor assisting staff
Qualifications:
• Bachelors Degree in Apparel Design
- 6-`10 Years of Tech Design Experience
- Extreme Attention to detail
- Super Organizational skills and communication skills
- Able to multitask and meet deadlines
