Our client, a digital-first beauty brand, is seeking a Director of Social & Content to lead social strategy, content creation, and community engagement. This role will drive brand relevance, audience growth, and cultural impact across social platforms.
Develop and execute annual and seasonal social strategies across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest, and emerging platforms.
Lead creation of platform-first content, balancing brand storytelling with performance goals.
Establish and manage an in-house content studio and external creator/agency partnerships.
Oversee community management strategy and influencer partnerships to strengthen engagement.
Analyze content performance, applying insights to continuously improve strategy.
Partner cross-functionally with marketing, creative, and paid media teams for integrated execution.
7–10 years’ experience in social strategy and content marketing within beauty or lifestyle.
Proven success building relevance and engagement for established or high-growth brands.
Strong knowledge of organic + paid social, influencer marketing, and trend-driven content.
Hands-on experience directing creative production for social-first campaigns.
Leadership experience managing teams, agencies, and budgets.
Data-driven mindset with proficiency in tools such as Sprinklr, Dash Hudson, and Tribe Dynamics.
