Collaborate cross-functionally with design, merchandising, and technical teams to execute collections with creative and operational excellence
Source fabrics, trims, and vendors as needed while maintaining quality and price targets
Oversee communication with overseas factories, handling PO issuance, production tracking, and troubleshooting
Own the fit and sample approval process in partnership with design and technical teams
Manage internal production calendars, WIPs, and vendor scorecards
Support budget and costing analysis; identify cost-saving opportunities while maintaining quality
Ensure timely deliveries and troubleshoot delays or issues throughout the supply chain
Maintain and strengthen vendor relationships across global sourcing regions
Qualifications:
10+ years of experience in production and product development within the fashion industry
Strong background working with China-based vendors and import production
Experience in contemporary, elevated RTW, or streetwear brands strongly preferred
Proven ability to manage complex production timelines and multiple categories
Strong understanding of garment construction, fit, and technical development
High taste level with a sensitivity to brand vision and product integrity
Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
Comfortable in a startup or entrepreneurial environment with shifting priorities
