About the Role
Our client is seeking a Temporary Event Manager to support a critical period of in-person B2B events. This role is execution-focused and will support Tier 2 trade shows using an existing, templated events process. The ideal candidate can step in quickly, follow established frameworks, and independently manage on-site execution with limited oversight.

This is an individual contributor role and is not focused on event strategy or concept development.

Key Events & Travel Requirements
Candidates must be able to travel to and manage the following confirmed events:

• February 21–24 | Atlanta, GA
• March 19–21 | Nashville, TN

Additional events may be added. Canada travel is possible (passport)

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and execution for Tier 2 events using established templates and processes
• Manage on-site booth execution including setup, attendee engagement, and teardown
• Execute booth activities designed to attract and engage event audiences
• Support light on-site social and engagement activations
• Coordinate event logistics, materials, and expenses
• Partner with internal marketing stakeholders while operating independently on-site
• Troubleshoot issues in real time during event execution

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on event or tradeshow management experience
• Experience working in B2B tech or similarly complex corporate environments (required)
• Proven ability to execute events independently without daily oversight
• Strong communication skills and proactive working style
• Comfortable following established templates and operational processes
• Physically able to assist with event setup and teardown, including lifting up to 50 lbs
