Our client, is a retail company looking for a Traffic/Project Coordinator to join their team to help through the holiday season! Ideally, they are looking for a candidate that has project management experience, is detail oriented, and is able to thrive in a fast paced environment.
Hybrid - 2-3 days a week onsite
Located in Reynoldsburg, OH
$23/hr
Contract - until end of Jan 2025
A few of your responsibilities:
- Manage multiple calendars and timelines to ensure a smooth and efficient project completion
- Schedule cross functional meetings for the campaign team
- Create, capture, and publish clear agendas, recaps, campaign decks as assigned
- Track and document action items for accurate deliverables
- Refine, improve, and scale marketing processes to enhance speed and quality of delivery, standardizing processes for cross-discipline and cross-functional collaboration
- Coordinate and help maintain Seasonal and Thematic Calendars and Project Plans to ensure organizational awareness and alignment
- Regularly attend and participate in process meetings
- Collaborate with Marketing partners to prioritize work, manage key projects and resolve timing or workload concerns
- Support department leadership with special projects as required
