Our client seeks a Vice President of Digital to oversee its growing team. The candidate should possess an insatiable hunger for innovation in the digital world, a successful track record for managing a team, an impressive portfolio of performance-driven creative campaigns you’ve ideated, a keen
understanding of the latest measurement tools, social media marketing trends and strong influencer relationships.

The position, reporting to our client's Managing Partner, calls for an experienced communicator, an expert strategist, enthusiastic social media consumer—who is both analytical and visionary - a strong leader with the ability to conceive and execute big ideas. You will be essential to the direction and development of the team and division, implementing impactful campaigns and tactics for clients in
fashion, beauty, tech, and design.

- Develop and implement social content strategies aligning with client business goals
- Work with Digital Director to set specific objectives and report on ROI
- Possess a robust network of creatives to tap for content services, inclusive of: photographers, illustrators, videographers, designers and art directors
- Maintain relationships with high level influencers, agents, freelancers and other creative agencies
- Oversee team to manage social media platforms (i.e. Generate, edit, publish and share engaging content, ie. copy, photos, videos)
- Create content strategies, outlining social voice and tone, feed aesthetic, content types, growth strategy (paid and organic)
- Work in tandem with PR teams to align social media and influencer strategies with overall brand goals
- Suggest and implement new features, tools, and ideas to raise brand awareness and grow channel followings
- Oversee our client's own social strategy and use it to demonstrate their digital capabilities
- Hold weekly team meetings to track progress of client deliverables and deadlines, and ensure accountability
- Own relationship with client leads
- Manage digital teams in NY and LA:

- Hold 1:1 meetings with team members to understand career goals and growth, and provide feedback on performance
- Contribute to new business proposals to ensure digital capabilities are accurately and creatively represented
- Identify opportunities within their existing digital portfolio
- Work across the agency to promote collaboration and knowledge sharing

- Minimum of 10 years of digital, content, influencer and social media experience
- Collaborative, agency background preferred
- Experience in fashion, beauty, tech and innovation brands
- Strong leadership skills
- High level of initiative and proven ability to work independently on multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Experience developing and executing large-scaled content marketing strategies and overseeing content development, specifically for social media platforms
- Experience amplifying campaigns and content and building online marketing strategies
- Fluency of digital platforms, tools, and software
- Conceptual and forward-thinking – comfortable in an ambiguous environment and excited about inventing new ways of working
- Possess a network of content creators and influencers
- Exceptional knowledge with analytics and reporting
- Excellent time management and project management skills
- Motivated to grow and educate team members to become high performers
- Strong organizational, planning, problem solving and decision-making skills
