Our client, who is a leading creative agency focused on marketing solutions, is urgently looking for a Visual Designer/Front End Developer to join their team. They are ideally seeking someone fulltime who can come into the Costa Mesa office on a hybrid schedule.As a Senior Web Engineer, XD Visual Designer, In this role, you will be an on-the-ground influencer for web design culture and innovation; a star in the interaction design community. You’ll be working with a team of creatives on various initiatives across all Brand’s digital channels, always with the mission of consuming, cultivating, and spreading your Front-End design expertise.
Also, You’ll be in front of the client leading demos and collaborating with other disciplines to explain how proposed tech solutions fit into the bigger business problem. You will guide and establish best practices, architect code, and lead technical documentation.
You’ll be the go-to resource for our internal creative leadership, helping them accomplish large design initiatives with the intention of creating and driving the Brand’s design standard.
You are able to build and design the architecture of a project by collaboration with engineering partners across the network.

Responsibilities:
Participate in brainstorming for digital campaigns with the rest of the design team. Including but not limited to Editorial and social media content ideas.
Lead the growth of our Company's visual language.
Enforce consistency across multiple touch points.
Lead the production for all Creative Visual Design assets for website projects
Provide Progress report to managers
Revision and subsequent approval of Production
Request forms for digital projects
Keeping abreast with advancements in application design and new technologies.
WHO YOU ARE:
You have a strong working knowledge of the fundamentals— brand development, digital marketing and the creative process as well as new platforms and technologies for the digital channel and related media
You have excellent presentation skills and can independently drive client presentations and lead the presentation of our creative work, generating excitement about the work or idea
You have the strong ability to ensure the final visual design is on-brand and delivers on strategic and business goals
You have intimate knowledge of product and brand strategy, including the ability to present clients with a graphic toolkit that they can refer to in the future
You are the team champion of the brand's measurable outcomes and brand purpose, and can keep the working team focused on the core objectives
You have a successful track record leading interdisciplinary teams in creating great work, and can identify great creative ideas and push them to be even better You are a dedicated maker and can single handedly create world class award-winning work
You have a working knowledge of innovative approaches to work, and will utilize opportunistically and strategically;
WHAT YOU'LL NEED:
You have 5+ years of visual design and product experience having developed frond-end design background, including leadership over the entire design process and a passion for current design trends coupled with a deep understanding of user experience Recent experience on a development team deploying agile methodologies, collaborating with technologists, creatives, project managers, and strategists. Experience working on CMS systems. Our website is coded in C# programming language over the .NET Framework v4.8
Experience working on Optimizely (CMS) (previously known as EPiServer).. we have v11.20.14.0 Working knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript. To develop Hi-fidelity interactive prototypes A well-rounded understanding of associated computer science fundamentals: object-oriented programming, data structures, algorithm design, problem solving, and complexity analysis.
The ability to present the architectural design of a system to project team members and other stakeholders in clear, simple terms.
Demonstrated experience making well-reasoned design decisions and tradeoffs in given area of expertise.
Experience actively mentoring junior team members.
A hunger to seek out new technologies, industry trends, and best practices -- and enjoyment sharing that knowledge with others.
A strong appreciation for design and user experience.
