$150k-$180k + bonus
Our client is a growing Performance Marketing and Digital Content Agency looking for a data-driven creative leader to lead and scale this growing division as our VP, Creative-Performance Marketing.
You’ll lead multiple creative teams across production, creative strategy, and post-production. You will also collaborate with teams across Product, Client Account Management, BI, and Paid Media.
A minimum of 7 years’ experience (at least 3 at the management level)
A successful and experienced leader in the Performance Marketing space within agency or in-house, with experience managing large-scale accounts, writing and producing creative for Paid Social ads and campaigns.
Must have experience developing creative strategy and assets for Paid Media and conversion focused content/campaigns
An experienced manager of teams with the ability to lead and grow large teams. Success in employee training, motivation, engagement, and retention
Process driven and highly analytical with a strong understanding of direct response metrics, tracking, data analysis, testing, reporting, ROI, forecasting, and scalability.
An expert in digital innovation and growth
Proven success in developing campaigns across all established and emerging ad platforms
Strategic in defining and meeting the performance marketing data-driven targets, goals, and objectives,
Adaptable and able to quickly identify opportunities to improve productivity, efficiency, and growth.
