Job description
Our client is seeking a VP of Technology to own the tech stack and play a key role in defining the company's technical vision and strategy.Responsibilities:
- Manage and mentor a team of developers, engineers and project managers
- Oversee the product development lifecycle
- Define and maintain the tech stack, including staying up to date with emerging trends and technologies
- Communicate efficiently and promptly with the executive teams to develop and maintain department budgets and allocation of resources
- Consistently identify opportunities for process improvement and develop best practices to increase efficiency and drive innovation
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- 7+ years' of leadership experience
- Experience delivering web and mobile ecommerce solutions at scale
