As VP of Strategy, you’ll define the vision across our portfolio, turning insights into campaigns, partnerships, and activations that break the mold. You’ll connect strategy with execution—guiding brand narratives, talent experiences, and go-to-market initiatives that move culture, create buzz, and drive results.
What You’ll Do
Lead strategy for talent and brand initiatives, ensuring campaigns land with impact and cultural relevance.
Shape integrated campaigns across social, digital, PR, experiential, and partnerships.
Develop brand and talent narratives, positioning, and go-to-market strategies that surprise and inspire.
Spot emerging trends, partnership opportunities, and unexpected collaborations to amplify reach and relevance.
Collaborate across creative, marketing, and production teams to bring ideas to life.
Drive business development and RFP strategy, helping pitch new clients with clarity and vision.
Build frameworks to measure campaign success and inform future activations.
Elevate talent experiences through innovative partnerships, activations, and branded storytelling.
What You Bring
10+ years in brand strategy, marketing, or communications—agency or brand-side experience preferred.
Proven track record crafting campaigns and partnerships that fuse creative storytelling with results.
Experience working with talent, athletes, influencers, or unexpected brand collaborations.
Sports, lifestyle, and entertainment experience is a strong plus.
Expertise in business development and RFP strategy.
Deep understanding of digital, social, influencer, PR, experiential, and partnership ecosystems.
Exceptional communication and presentation skills; able to turn insights into action.
Strategic thinker with entrepreneurial instincts and a knack for bold, culturally relevant ideas.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (Master’s preferred).
