Our client is a well-known fashion brand that is seeking a new Wholesale Operations Coordinator to join their team
ABOUT THE ROLE: Under the supervision and support of the Senior Wholesale Sales Operations three of the companies brands:
Seasonal Linesheet Creation - Joor/NuOrder:
1. -Load product shots to Joor/NuOrder
2. -Create linesheets using templates from online ordering platforms
3. -Monitor order approval and syncing to ERP
Order Management:
1. -Key orders manually into ERP software, paying close attention to shipping and billing details, style information, colors and sizing
2. -Send Order confirmations to clients for approval and edit where necessary
Distribution:
1. -Support the Senior Wholesale Sales Operations Manager in the distribution of orders to retailers throughout the United States and abroad
2. -Help create pick tickets from confirmed orders for processing at 3PL
3. -Manage inventory adjustments and transfers
4. -Generate commercial invoices for international shipments
EDI Processing:
1. -Register UPC codes in electronic catalogues for department store retrieval
2. -Confirm accuracy of EDI transmissions by comparing to confirmed production orders
3. -Order department store hang tags and poly bag stickers through 3PL and Fineline
Performs other duties as assigned
Requirements:
1. -Education – Bachelor’s Degree required
2. -Experience – Minimum 2-3 years
3. -Apparel/fashion experience strongly desired
4. -Record of successful distribution and logistics management
5. -Possess organizational and follow-up skills with attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
6. -Able to manage time effectively and efficiently
7. -Excellent verbal and written communication skills
8. -Works well with a team
9. -Ability to work well under pressure and act professionally and appropriately while doing so
10. -Quick learner
