Wholesale Sales Manager

Position Summary

We are looking for a Wholesale Sales Manager who thrives on building bold, innovative relationships. In this role you won’t just sell, you will lead the charge in connecting with college teams, athletes, agents and businesses to bring custom apparel programs, event merchandising, and large scale uniform orders to life. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in B2B sales, relationship management, and revenue generation with an emphasis on corporate gifting opportunities.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

  • Spearhead outbound sales efforts targeting team partnerships and corporate clients.
  • Build high impact relationships with athletes, agents, athletic departments, and brand managers to unlock custom merchandising activation opportunities.
  • Identify and close multi-channel deals for uniforms, branded apparel, and at-once event orders with corporate partners, teams and organizations.
  • Develop customized sales pitches and product solutions to align with client goals, brand vision and market opportunities.
  • Lead the entire sales process from outreach and discovery to negotiation and final execution, ensuring exceptional client service at every point.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver seamless transactions.
  • Create and refine outbound sales strategies, lead generation tactics and pipeline management process that drive sustainable, scalable growth.
  • Track KPIs, sales performance, and campaign ROI to ensure alignment with revenue targets and strategic objectives.
  • Serve as the main point of contact of key corporate accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Provide feedback to product and marketing teams to refine offerings based on client needs and market demands.

Required Experience / Skills / Education:

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B sales, account management, or business development.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple high value accounts and drive consistent revenue growth.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and long term relationships with a wide variety of stakeholders.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; confident presenter and persuasive storyteller.
  • Highly organized with strong management abilities.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to inform strategy, optimize outreach and improve close rates.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit with a hunter mentality – driven, self motivated and comfortable with ambiguity.
  • Energetic, growth minded, and committed to excellence.
