OUR CLIENT IS AN ESTABLISHED WOMEN'S RTW/LIFESTYLE BRAND BASED IN LA! THEY ARE SEEKING ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE MANAGER LEVEL. MUST BE BASED IN LA!! THIS IS NOT A REMOTE POSITION.
Summary:
Serve as the direct link between the Company and our current/ prospective new clients, manage day-to-day affairs and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
• Responsible for selling multiple product lines to department and/or specialty stores
• Manage retail accounts on a daily basis
• Develop and build strong relationships through verbal and written communication with buyers and DMMs
• Follow-up with Customer Service to ensure that orders are entered on a timely basis
• Report to President on a daily basis
• Contribute to cultivation of new accounts and opportunities to expand business with existing accounts
• Partner with customers to communicate and execute brand positioning and key strategic initiatives for the brand
• Regularly travel to market and customer locations to meet with regional leadership and ensure proper in-store execution
• Manage profitability of accounts (discounts, returns, chargebacks, etc.)
• Develop and execute sales plans for all accounts
• Review retail sell-through by style on a weekly basis
• Work closely with the Production team on costing, quality and on time delivery
Requirements:
- Must currently work in wholesale in women's apparel
- Must have current buyer relationships
- Must be willing to travel and work on site full time in downtown LA
