Our client and top growing global CPG brand is seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Brand Manager to help lead marketing efforts in LA.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a passion for brand building and a strong background in the food/beverage CPG industry.
You will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive brand strategies that align with business goals and brand vision.
MUST HAVE – food/beverage or Luxury CPG or Beauty experience
Responsibilities:
• Lead the development and execution of brand strategy to enhance brand identity and drive growth.
• Conduct in-depth market research to assess competitive landscape, target audience, and emerging trends.
• Collaborate with the Marketing team to design and implement multi-channel marketing campaigns that increase brand awareness.
• Work closely with the sales team to create promotional strategies tailored to specific channels and accounts.
• Manage the briefing and development of consumer communication plans for both national and customer-specific initiatives.
• Oversee content creation in partnership with the Sr. Brand Designer and external agencies, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines.
• Utilize analytics tools to monitor campaign performance, derive insights, and make data-driven recommendations for optimization.
• Foster strong relationships with internal teams (sales, customer service) and external partners to ensure cohesive brand experiences.
• Manage brand marketing budget effectively, ensuring resources are allocated efficiently to maximize ROI.
• Mentor junior team members, providing guidance and support in their professional development within brand management.
Qualifications:
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in brand marketing within the CPG sector, particularly in food and beverage.
• A Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field; a Master’s degree is a plus.
• Proven track record of developing successful brand strategies that drive consumer engagement and sales growth.
• Strong understanding of market dynamics and consumer behavior within the CPG industry.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills; ability to inspire cross-functional teams.
• A strategic thinker with experience in P&L ownership and budget management.
• A natural self-starter who thrives in fast-paced environments while delivering results under pressure.

We are seeking a hands-on, data-driven Commerce Media Manager to lead onsite media execution and optimization across select retail media networks. This role is ideal for a strategic yet executionally strong media leader who has direct experience managing self-service retail media platforms across a variety of retailers–primarily Walmart, secondarily Kroger and Target–and is comfortable guiding a team while staying actively involved in campaign setup, optimization, and analysis.
Responsibilities:
? Oversee and execute hands-on, self-service campaign management for Walmart Connect onsite media.
? Implement campaign setup including audience, campaign and ad group creation.
? Manage and optimize campaigns inflight including adjustments to campaigns and ad groups for delivery and performance.
? Monitor budget pacing and implement reallocations between ad groups and campaigns.
