Overview:
Our client is a fully integrated advertising, design, and digital agency seeking an Account Director to join our team!
Responsibilities:
- Manage the day-to-day responsibilities of account internally and externally.
- Build strong client relationships, staying close to objectives and client goals.
- Collaborate with the team lead to ensure a seamless agency work flow.
- Influence thought leadership throughout the team.
- Critical and strategic thinker, partnering with our strategist and creative teams.
- Inspire and set the team to deliver innovative ideas.
- Collaborate effectively with others.
- Accountable for meeting budgetary guidelines.
- Mentor and develop team members.
- Support new business efforts.
- And any other tasks assigned.
Qualifications:
- Experience leading and managing a large piece of business.
- Global experience is a plus, specifically launching campaigns across Global Markets.
- Energy, professionalism, influencing skills.
- Understands how to manage up and down both internally and with clients.
- Exceptional communicator, strong presenter.
- Extensive knowledge of integrated campaigns indexing with a solid understanding of digital and social.
- BA/BS Marketing, Communications, or other related field.
- At least 4+ years of agency experience with supervisory capacity.
- B2B experience in technology also a plus
