Our AGENCY client in Chicago is seeking a mid-level Affiliate Manager to be the strategic and driving force on budget optimizations, strategic initiatives, technology/integration enhancement recommendations, and more on a FULLTIME basis.
• The Mid-Level Affiliate Manager WILL:
o Collaborate in cross-functional initiatives to support overall corporate strategy.
o Drive strategy and execution to meet budget, target revenue, and customer acquisition goals.
o Train Internet Marketing Consultants on Affiliate and Marketing Partnerships best practices with regards to publisher recruitment, relationship management, content creation, and channel growth.
o Build deep relationships with partners, answering general support questions, recapping campaign performance, and generally driving mutually beneficial value between the client and the partner
o Act as initial point of escalation for all tactical and technical Affiliate concerns
o Handle multiple projects in a fast paced, high growth environment
• The Mid-level Affiliate Manager MUST HAVE/BE:
o Understanding of the eCommerce ecosystem; you know how marketing channels connect, and how to make sense of the data provided by your sources in order to make strategic recommendations accordingly
o 4-5 years of digital marketing experience, ideally in a Partnerships or Affiliate environment
o Exposure to and hands-on experience within Affiliate networks (any combination of Impact, CJ, Rakuten, Pepperjam, ShareASale, etc.)
o Comfortable with presentations in small and large groups, with both internal and external stakeholders.
o Ability to work cross functionally with Account, Analytics, Technology, and Finance teams to accomplish client objectives
