Job Title: Account Executive (REMOTE)Pay: $55-$60/hour
Location: FULLY REMOTE
Type: Freelance
Duration: 3-4 months
Schedule: Mon-Fri (40 hours per week)
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Develops harmonious relationships (internal and external)
- Assists in planning and coordinating across functional areas of the agency
- Helps to ensure effective delivery of projects and seamless communication
- Demonstrates strong written and verbal skills, learning to identify when it’s best to meet live, call, text, or email
- Fosters an environment of teamwork across the account and other departments (creative, project management, studio, etc.)
- Working on multitasking skills and ability to run multiple projects and priorities with a sense of ease
- Attending meetings and capturing notes and action items for the team
- Running small projects with oversight from manager
- MLR/PRC submissions
- Supports the account team in brand plan coordination as needed
- Supports the account team to help coordinate workshops and brainstorming meetings internally and with the client
- Develop strategic and actionable project briefs
- Actively monitors the headlines for current brand and competitor news
