Location:

Position Overview: 

The Account Executive on the Digital and Content team must have strong social media copywriting skills. They are a taskmaster, an expert in communicating upward and tracking all that goes in to successfully managing client programs. An effective Account Executive not only executes well, but has the ability and accountability give your supervisors peace-of-mind that it will be done. You’ve developed an understanding for creating content calendars, Influencer programs and know how to infuse brand messaging and the brand voice across all digital channels. You know how to properly write content for specific social media channels and various clients. Organized, proactive and enthusiastic are your trademarks.

Responsibilities

  • Work with account team to develop and implement strategy, including digital, influencer and social campaigns the meet brand goals
  • Map strategic content calendar themes using a strong understanding of the brand and the target audience
  • Draft copy for content calendars adopting brand tone of voice; proofread and edit
  • Draft content and develop emails adopting brand tone of voice; proofread and edit
  • Leverage influencer software to identify and reach out to potential influencers
  • Develop and monitor metrics, and contribute to in-depth channel reports
  • Deep-dive into analytics to uncover strategic insights
  • Develop practical knowledge of social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, etc.) and stay up to date on best practices
  • Develop practical knowledge of email marketing programs (MailChimp, Constant Contact, Sharpspring, etc.) and stay up to date on best practices
  • Ability to contribute to plans and strategies based on learnings
  • Understand and work with company digital resources
  • Take initiative and responsibility to manage meeting reports and tracking documents
  • Contribute to all team and company efforts, large and small

Essential Skills, Functions, Qualifications: 
• Experience: 1-3 years
• Bachelor’s Degree
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to multi-task
• Ability to think creatively, analytically and strategically
• Ability to take direction while also being a self-starter
• Punctual, accountable and diligent
• Highly organized and detail-oriented is a must
• Proactive and enthusiastic
