Account Manager
Client Overview:
Our client is a fast-growing global branding platform helping creators to build and launch brands across a variety of channels.
Account Manager Overview:
As the Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing multiple accounts and working directly with creators to oversee the day to day of the brand from start to completion, while ensuring project/business objectives are achieved.
Account Manager Responsibilities:
• Oversee the day-to-day execution and overall performance of projects and provide support for clients
• Lead briefs from start to completion, ensure quality at every stage, maintain strong relationships with clients, and evaluate client needs
• Develop brand strategy and narrative and translate into clear execution plans across all business touch points consistently
• Partner with the internal team to manage project delivery and identify and troubleshoot bottlenecks in workflow, leverage reporting tools and data to drive brand strategy
Account Manager Qualifications:
• Proven experience handling client briefs from start to completion
• Effective communicator with an understanding of how to manage external teams vs. internal teams, and influence through communication
• Previous experience working as an account manager for clients within an agency environment and have worked across multiple accounts at the same time
• Strong understanding of agency / client relationships and how to manage them well
