Our client, a gaming company in Los Angeles is looking for an Account Manager to join their team!

REQUIREMENTS:
Looking for an account manager who will play an important role during the pre and post sales process. The account manager will define and lead end-to-end coordination and execution of integrated marketing programs including:

- Work and collaborate with sales and marketing to formulate media plans while also discovering and building strategic influencer lists
- Identify, recruit, negotiate, and build positive relationships with influencers and their agents or managers
- Identify unique opportunities to leverage content, creative, and technology that will be utilized to sell branded - sponsorships
- Lead and strategically manage client, influencer, and partner communication throughout the campaign lifecycle
- Ideate, strategize, and help brands activate first-to-market opportunities within the metaverse.
- Confidently negotiate influencer rates based on performance, engagements, and industry standards
- Utilize organizational skills to be able to provide clear instructions and creative assets to many different influencers at once
- Monitor and optimize campaigns that are running. Must be able to manage 1-5 active campaigns at once, while also completing new RFP's or media proposals
- Analyze performance data from each campaign to provide meaningful and actionable insights to advertisers and brands
- Keep up with gaming, influencer, and media industry trends
- Support and positively impact in-house products and tools to obtain valuable feedback, which ultimately drives new solutions and strategy
- Liaise between key internal stakeholders and departments to ensure white glove service to clients
- Manage influencer contracts and invoices to ensure all influencer deliverables are accurately completed, while also ensuring all influencers get paid in a timely manner by working with the accounting team
- Participate in client KOC's and post mortem reviews to ensure clients KPI's are being delivered and executed on properly
- Create final reports and wrap decks for all campaigns managed by the Account Manager
- Showcase campaign objectives, KPI's and goals; deliver monthly reporting and analysis; use campaign data to highlight effectiveness of marketing campaigns while finding optimizations and potential for incremental opportunities

QUALIFICATIONS:
2-5 years of experience in working in the digital media/advertising/talent management space
Previous experience at an advertising agency, or talent management firm is a plus
Experience with custom content and execution is a plus
Excellent communication and organizational skills required
Knowledge within the streaming and gaming space is a plus
Interest and experience with twitch, youtube, facebook, instagram, tiktok, and snapchat are also a plus
