Account Supervisor Overview:

As the Account Supervisor, you will be responsible for working directly with clients, overseeing briefs from start to completion, and ensuring project objectives are achieved.



RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Oversee/coordinate implementation, analysis and optimization of media plans with media team
• Lead communication with clients (including setting meetings, leading status calls)
• Maintain and manage internal and external client communication documents (status reports, monthly reports, meeting conference reports etc)
• Manage relationship with media agency's creative team (if not being executed by H&L)
• Manage accounts’ financial aspects (budgets, invoices, fees etc.)
• Familiarity with budgeting and writing SOWs
• Present media plans and strategies to internal and external teams
• Serve as a media central point of contact with a level of customer service ensuring effective communication, timely responses to requests and proactive resolution of potential issues
• Campaign set-up, receipt of creative or tags, trafficking, optimization, troubleshooting and QA
• Partner with analytics team to deliver insights & recommendations to tell a story rooted in data tied to the media activation
• Prepare and confirm media availability and timelines
• Provide optimization recommendations on tactics/placements, targeting/segmentation and messaging to meet specific campaign objectives
• Work closely with Ad Operations on day-to-day operational processes
• Stay up to date with competitive landscape, industry (especially Retail and CPG) and digital advertising trends to influence future product offerings

QUALIFICATIONS:

• 3-5 years of experience as Digital Project Manager, Project Manager or similar role in Account Service
• Knowledge of integrated media campaigns - a MUST
• Solid account management experience (client facing role)
• Experience implementing traditional (TV, Radio, OOH) as well as digital media campaigns across multiple tactics (CTV, ATV, Native, Pre-Roll, Display, Social, Email)
• Advanced knowledge of digital production workflow, timelines, and deliverable requirements (including banners, email, custom assets, etc.)
• Ability to QA creative before delivery to publishers
• General Knowledge of website tagging structure/creative tagging
• Excellent communication skills
• Must be able to juggle multiple projects at one time
• Self-Starter
• Ability to work independently
