Our client is looking for a sharp, dedicated Admin Assistant to join their team immediately! This is an onsite position
Responsibilities & Qualifications:
- Assist the team from an administrative standpoint
- Assist with maintaining and updating files
- Data entry
- Process paperwork
- Assist in making copies
- Ensure supplies are well stocked and organized
- Help to manage projects and keep them on track
- Assist outside customers as needed
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong Microsoft Office skills
- High level of attention to detail and strong organizational skills
