Handle delivery orders for the company utilizing 3rd parties to deliver. There are times where “delivered” orders are reporting missing or incorrect by customers. When this occurs we need to validate and seek refunds using internal tools and external research using google maps (street view) and resolve disputes with the 3rd parties where they believe a refund is not warranted. This requires a manual process to validate whether the drop-off was made correctly or incorrectly and pursue refunds as eligible.

 

You will:

1. Source the list of suspected potential missing or incorrect orders

2. Contractor will search the order details to determine where order was dropped by the driver in comparison to the correct drop-off location (customer address)

3. Check against other available evidence including but not limited to proof of delivery photos sent by the driver indicating where the order was left physically

4. Partner with 3rd parties to resolve disputes after fact gathering and seek refunds for eligible orders based on prior research

5. Track refunds secured in a log for future auditing purposes

6. May provide other administrative tasks to assist with program

 

Skills needed:

• Basic data entry and search engine capabilities

• Proficient with Microsoft Excel

• Able to follow standard operating procedures

• Able to work remotely Hours of coverage 8 hours/day Monday-Friday 8AM PST – 4/5PM PST (depending on lunch policies, end shift at 8 hours) but can be located anywhere in the US as working remotely – 40/hour weeks
