Our client is a well-known beauty brand seeking a temporary administrative assistant for their NYC office. This role will be hybrid: 3 days in the office, 2 days work from home.Job Description:
- Position may include assisting employers by performing secretarial and administrative tasks
- Coordinate meetings, conference calls, and in-person appointments
- Communicate meeting details to all participants through appropriate communication channels
- Making travel arrangements and completing expense reports
- Assisting with event coordination and complete special projects as needed
- Working with confidential materials with minimal supervision
- Outlook/MS Office Suite experience
- Must thrive in a professional environment
- Years of experience: 2+
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks
