24 Seven is partnering with a top global sportwear client based in the Portland, OR region to help them find an Administrative Assistant for this hybrid position. This is a 12 month contract with potential to extend or convert to a fulltime salaried position. While on contract, you'd be eligible for benefits including medical, dental, vision, sick time, 401K and holiday pay.The ideal candidate: will have 4-5 years of administrative experience, with at least 1 year of experience as an Executive Assistant supporting a VP, Director or Executive in a corporate matrixed environment. Must possess the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize multiple tasks and follow-through on requests.

WHO WILL YOU WORK WITH?
As our Administrative Assistant, you will support the Vice President of Global Apparel Development for Apparel/Accessories/Equipment.
WHAT YOU BRING:
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• 4-5 years of administrative work experience required
• At least 1 year of experience supporting a Sr. Director, VP or higher level executive within a matrixed corporate environment
• Strong reading, writing, math and communication skills
• Advanced working knowledge of personal computers, including MS Outlook, PowerPoint, Word and Excel
• Ability to work with a variety of personalities
• Ability to work flexible hours is preferred
• Ability to work onsite is required
• Experience handling sensitive and highly confidential material is preferred
• Understanding of product creation is a plus
