Administrative Assistant Responsibilities:
Analytics
- Organize agendas and book conference rooms
- Regularly compile information about product, consumer trend, social listening, and business performance from various countries and zones
- Assist in preparation for team/brand meetings, including bi-yearly trends presentation to CEO
- Undertake ad-hoc projects specific to business/division needs
Administrative
- Organize agendas + book conference rooms
- Plan gatherings including catering, restaurants, transportation
- Create POs
- Ship packages
- Pull/gather product for meetings and keep an organized product inventory
Administrative Assistant Qualifications:
- Comfortable with numbers, understanding key metrics, and has good numerical logic.
- Open to learning new internal systems for processing PO’s, Mailing Shipments
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Technology
- Proven ability to multi-task, manage complexity & prioritize
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment and against tight deadlines
- Must possess a strong attention to detail
- Interest in and passion for beauty
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Work from Office 3 Days a Week in Jersey City, NJ
