The successful candidate will have exceptional attention to detail and a passion for quality. Your team will manage a high volume of work, partner with numerous stakeholders and teams to ensure product launches will go smoothly in 24 languages and 40+ locales. You should be results-oriented, process strong and self-driven. You have great verbal and written communications, are cool under pressure but with a sense of urgency. Collaborate with content QA specialists in a different timezone Assign projects and manage the day-to-day workload of team members Implement workflows in AEM to ensure top speed without compromising accuracy Work closely with content authors, site leads and project managers to ensure team members complete work to a high quality, on time Populate and edit content within AEM Understand and be able to interpret brand guidelines and apply as needed Train new members on our processes and systems Enforce brand voice requirements Highlight all project risks and recommend the best path forward Traffic issues between team members until resolved Verify that issues have been successfully resolved after being reported as fixed Build relationships across various teams and functions to drive results Develop a solid project management process for delivering world-class digital content on time and on budget
