Orange County based Creative Agency is seeking a dynamic Account Manager to join their team. This role plays a key function within the agency and serves as the main point of contact for clients.
This role is ONSITE in Irvine, CA and only local candidates will be considered.
Key Responsibilities and Qualifications:
- Serve as main point of contact for client
- Ensure consistent and clear communication to client
- Continuously gain an understanding of clients needs and expectations and relay these to our internal team
- Partner with internal creative team on projects for clients
- Lead all project management efforts ensuring projects are on schedule and within budget
- Make any necessary changes to timeline as needed
- Be proactive to get ahead of potential issues
- Relay all updates to client in a timely manner
- Add strategic insight and recommendations to clients
- 6+ years of experience within marketing, advertising or communications
- Experience working within a creative / marketing agency is preferred
- Proven experience building and maintaining client relationships
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
