Our client, a DTC beauty brand, is looking for an Amazon Customer Acquisition & Retention Manager to join the team!

Amazon Customer Acquisition & Retention Manager Responsibilities:

  • Own the end-to-end Amazon customer journey and retention strategy, with a focus on growing and engaging the subscriber base to drive engagement, retention, and lifetime value.
  • Implement a rapid test and learn approach.
  • Develop strategies to attract and acquire new customers on Amazon
  • Design and implement customer retention strategies to increase loyalty, improve customer retention rate & reduce churn.
  • Analyze and utilize data to provide effective strategies that acquire and retain customers as well as anticipate cultural & buying trends.

Amazon Customer Acquisition & Retention Manager Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience working on Amazon Marketing
  • Relevant experience in managing Digital Marketing, CRM & Loyalty activities.
    3+ years experience with analytics tools.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferably in finance, marketing, business management, or any business-related field.
