Overview: With the oversight of Senior Marketing Manager, Assistant Marketing Manager and Sales Manager, this person will perform the below for a our retail launch on Amazon, with secondary focuses on optimizing existing Amazon brands.
Amazon Ecommerce Assistant Manager Responsibilities:
Marketing
- Execute Storefront Updates
- Refresh for new launches/quarterly
- Set up and maintain Product Pages:
- Manage the set-up of all product pages including imagery, video and copy ensuring best practices are being followed
- Execute A+ Content on all product pages:
- Work with marketing to pull together A+ Content assets that tell cohesive brand and product story to drive conversion
- Search Management:
- Execute search strategies and assist with optimizations in partnership with agency, ensuring efforts stay within budget
- Display Management:
- In partnership with agency, assist in oversight of display strategies including creative optimizations, targeting and budget management
- Monitor and evaluate additional Amazon marketing opportunities
Sales
- Forecast and monitor sales on a weekly and monthly basis – identify trends to mitigate risk
- Work cross-functionally with Planning and Customer Service to advise on inventory forecasts, ordering processes, and operational performance
- Execution of end-to-end process for new product launches across the channel including forecasting and product set-up
- Collaborate with Amazon buying offices and E-Commerce Team on projects and key traffic drivers
Amazon Ecommerce Assistant Manager Qualifications:
- 2+ Years experience managing brand on Amazon (beauty preferred but not required)
- Digital marketing expertise, understanding best-practices and shopping behaviors
- Highly analytical with creative problem solving– able to interpret sales and marketing metrics into action
