Job description

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee aspects of the brand art direction, photography and creative assets across the website, digital and print
  • Art direct and design all artwork, including website graphics, email campaigns, social media, video, direct mail, in-store graphics, presentations, print collateral and motion graphics
  • Conceptualize and art direct lookbook shoots, e-commerce shoots and additional shoots (styling stories, accessories, still life) in partnership with Creative Director (research, presentation, location scouting, on-set art direction, etc.)
  • Follow up with selects and retouching notes for shoots
  • Collaborate with marketing team and translate strategies into compelling and innovative creative that engages the customer, drives traffic and continues to build the brand’s relevance and desirability
  • Own any creative for website updates (i.e.: Stories, Men’s fit guide, layouts, etc.) in partnership with graphic designer, web developer and site experience team, including font updates, typography, colors, mockups, layouts incorporating testing and results, industry trends
  • Refresh replenishment imagery when appropriate including as it pertains to the brand
  • Own lay out for digital/print lookbooks, campaigns and website
  • Oversee art direction of seasonal messaging documents in accordance with seasonal trends, key buys, business drivers, etc.
  • Oversee creative execution for all ads, digital marketing, banner ads, paid partnerships in collaboration with e-commerce team.
  • Suggest imagery, layouts etc. based off of top performers of KPIs per project, approve all iterations and placement
  • Own art direction of all of email marketing (email stories, in stock, retail/wholesale top performers, etc.).
  • Select all imagery, denote messaging for copywriter and oversee layout with graphic designer
  • Create seasonal styling guide for all major wholesale partners

Qualifications:

  • BFA in Graphic Design or similar discipline
  • Must have at least 5-8 years of interactive experience including e-commerce, experiential design and apparel online branding
  • Must have fashion industry experience
  • Expert in Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, HTML and interactive design
  • Expert in new media – social networks, mobile apps, tablet apps, etc
  • Strong graphic design and typographic skills Ability to concept editorial content & art direct photo shoots
  • Experience art directing direct to consumer catalogs is a plus
  • Must be able to take on large scale branding ideas and executions Knowledgeable on current trends in web design and photography
  • Expert knowledge of print production is a plus
  • Highly motivated, collaborative, a conceptual thinker Must be able to troubleshoot and be solution oriented Must be able to thrive in fast-paced, high volume environment
  • Proven ability to manage relationships and drive process
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills Self-motivated and team oriented
